I am a BIPOC Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in Brainspotting and currently a consultant in training (CIT). As the founder of Connect-In Therapeutic Counseling Services. I aim to empower clients on their healing journey through a collective and attuned partnership. As a therapeutic healer, I am committed in helping adults learn how to build a deeper understanding of themselves and the benefits of connecting within. My work focuses on identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other adaptations currently limiting how we function. Services are provided virtually in either English or Spanish. Currently practicing as an out-of-network provider. Now accepting new clients for evening and weekend intensives.
